Cancellation & Deposit Agreement
- A non-refundable deposit of $217.75 (that's $200 plus tax) is required to hold your shoot date. You can reschedule up to one time as long as you notify me at least three weekdays before your original shoot date. If you cancel or reschedule for any reason after the cutoff time, you will not be able to apply your deposit to a new shoot date or get a refund.
No exceptions.
- All cancellations or rescheduling must be done by phone. My voice mail is (212) 537-5052. You will receive an email confirming that your shoot has been cancelled.

- If you get sick the week of your shoot, please notify me as soon as possible. Do not wait until 20 minutes before your time to let me know. Everyone is already here waiting for you.
- I only work with one person a day, so cancellations are a big deal. Especially when there's not enough time to find a replacement. I would never do that to you. I simply ask the same consideration in return
Misc Notes:
- If you are under 18, I am happy to refer you to children/teen photographers. I am only working with adults at this time.
I have a pet dog. If you have bad dog allergies, you would probably be better off working with a different photographer. He does not shed. Allergies are the only potential problem. He's also the friendliest dog you'll ever meet. He's half Weimaraner / Pharaoh Hound.
- A friend, parent, agent, or manager can come with you to your shoot, but, for the sake of your own comfort, they can not stay for the actual shoot. There are plenty of things to do in my neighborhood (the Natural History Museum is only two stops away and Central Park is on my street). You can call them when we are done.
- Please do not book a date that you are not 100% sure you can keep.
- Please do not book shoots on behalf of someone else. They need to setup their own shoots.
